art + inspiration
the love edition
Hey, Lovers!
Greetings from Park Slope, Brooklyn, where I’m just about to head over to my husband, Bobby’s, art opening. We’re having a whole weekend in the city and the big event is this evening. SO excited. So, no newsletter this week, but wanted to share a few bits of color and light with you all. Enjoy!
I wrote about my recent California adventure for Karen Hartman and her 100 Day Reckoning. You can read the essay here. And this is the hubs, getting ready to head over to the gallery! Cleans up good, right?
Lovely friend, Maritza Gulin sent two wonderful homemade items and they arrived this week. Amazing! Such joy in the crafting.

Lifelong, heart friend and collaborator, Bridget Carpenter sends the most incredible Valentines every year, and this one was no exception.
Jeffrey Dorchen wrote a beautiful piece about Bad Bunny’s halftime show. And, speaking of Bad Bunny: Here he is in a photo shoot from a couple of years ago. I love him.
Thanks to local activists and folks in the city administration, the Pride Flag is back up at the Stonewall National Monument in NYC.
I hope wherever you are today, you have someone or something to love, and someone or something that loves you back.
Yours in art and community. — Chris.

So glad the flag is back up at Stonewall!!!
Have fun at the opening tonight and best of luck to dear Bobby -- who is looking exxxxxtra sharp and alluring!
